In order to make your own Pecorino Cheese, you will need the following: a sheep's bladder, a caldron of milk, and salt. Add some stomach bladder to you milk. You will need to separate it. This will cause the milk to curdle. This is a necessary step, in order to get the milk to separate. Stir and heat milk, until the curds and whey are separated. Stir constantly. Gather the curds. Press the curd into molds. Press the mold, squeezing out the excess liquid. Add a bit of coarse sea salt. You can either choose to eat the cheese fresh, or you can age it in a cave.
